- All material information provided by end-users may be used by Lonely Cow or UTS for its internal purposes, which may include the formation of statistical data and providing updates to the end-users by the mode of emails, telephonic calls and SMS (Text Message). The end user, however, may un-subscribe from non-account specific emails, telephonic calls or SMS communication by sending an email at email@example.com through the email id registered with Lonely Cow or UTS. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Lonely Cow or UTS through its online interface www.underthestars.co.in is acting only as an information provider and facilitator for the user for automation of the process of purchase of Tickets/Passes/Vouchers, etc., which shall allow the user to enter/enjoy the events, screenings, or any other entertainment services organized or provided by Lonely Cow or UTS.
Tickets/Passes/Vouchers once sold cannot be exchanged, canceled or refunded. Please make sure you check the time and location before you book your tickets. But we’d still advise you to read the terms and conditions for each event regarding the exchange, refund, and cancellation. In the event of cancellation or postponement of an event, Lonely Cow or UTS may provide a refund or exchange policy to the users for such event, provided that exchange or refund as per policy may be provided to such users who have purchased Tickets/Passes/Vouchers for such particular event and have within the policy time frame provided the details required to process the exchange or refund.
